FAQ
-
Do you offer consultations?
I typically prefer to set up a consultation for bigger projects and cover-ups, but if you prefer to come in and discuss more in detail, that works too!
-
How much will my tattoo cost?
The cost of your tattoo will all depend on its size, location, amount of detail, and the time needed to complete it. Pricing starts at $100 for smaller tattoos and goes up from there.
For larger projects, pricing is determined by the length of the session. Typically a half or full-day session (8hours) is priced according to my hourly rate, $150 an hour.
-
How do I schedule an appointment?
I’m happy to respond to all email inquiries. Please be sure to include 2-3 reference photos, estimated size of the tattoo in inches, a detailed description as well as placement of the tattoo.
I understand there are times when you want to get in as soon as possible, but please be as flexible as you can when booking your appointment.
-
Do you do cover-ups?
Depending on the size and age of the tattoo wanting to be covered, yes! Please reach out to schedule a consultation.
-
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
I ask that you please limit your visitors to only 1 extra person with you in the studio. We have a very busy atmosphere, and I prefer that myself and the person getting tattooed can properly focus on the tattoo.
-
What do I need to bring with me?
If you are a new client, please bring a government-issued photo ID (license, state ID, passport, etc.) with you to your first appointment.
Feel free to bring your headphones, ipad, book, bottle of water/light snacks, or a zip-up jacket. It gets cold in the studio!
-
Do you use numbing creme?
Yes, and no. I advise against topical numbing cremes prior to getting the tattoo. They can heavily alter the healed result of the tattoo and in my opinion, it is not worth it for the short lived relief. However, I do use Bactine and Vasocaine to relieve pain during the tattoo session when needed!
